Who teaches the courses?
Every instructor is an operator—founders, product leads, revenue leaders, and investors with a track record of shipped products and teams led with integrity.
Are there certificates?
Yes. We provide completion certificates for all courses. We also document artifacts you produced—like a GTM plan or investor memo—because outcomes matter more than badges.
How are cohorts scheduled?
Cohorts run quarterly with two time slots to cover US/EU. Self-paced courses are always open and include monthly group critique calls.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund window for self-paced courses if you haven’t downloaded templates. Cohorts have a seat policy; see Terms for details.
Will this guarantee funding or growth?
No. We never promise outcomes. We equip you with frameworks, tools, and practice to make higher-quality decisions.
Is team access available?
Yes. Team licenses include private office hours and custom feedback. Contact us to discuss scope and pricing.
How do Fallows work?
Fallows are your saved courses. We store only course IDs in your browser so you can revisit later or move them to Cart.
Are the courses accessible?
We design for keyboard navigation and captions. If you need a specific accommodation, email us and we’ll coordinate.
